Over the years, I have taken a number of different courses. That allows me to pull from many different modalities to help you with. I always aim for biggest amount of change as possible each session.
During a session I’ll most likely have you walk a lot to assess and re-assess your movement before and after any soft tissue work. That being said, that means you’re dressed for the sessions and I’ll need you to wear comfy clothes that you can move around easily in!
When you book, you don’t have to worry about trying to figure which modality you’d like me to use to help you out. You simply show up, let me know what’s going on, and I figure out the rest!
Virtual Sessions! How on earth do these even work?!! I’m so glad you asked! We meet on Zoom! When choosing a place to set up your device (laptop, tablet, etc), make sure to set it up somewhere that will allow me to see you move and walk. Ideally set it up so there’s no windows behind you, and clear any obstacles out of the way so you can walk without worrying about tripping or trying to maneuver around things. That will help me see how you move more accurately. Based on what your symptoms are and what I see when you move, will help determine what drills I’ll have you do to help you reach your goals.
